Business Planning & Performance Management Manager at Dangote Group – Lagos

Dangote Group is recruiting a Business Planning and Performance Management Manager in Lagos to oversee financial budgets, forecasting and executive performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, three-to-five-year strategic plans, consolidation and driver-based forecasting for business units.
• Analyse financial performance against targets and lead monthly reviews, scorecards and corrective actions.
• Coordinate liquidity and working-capital projections and evaluate capex investment cases.
• Produce executive reports, dashboards, scenario analysis, benchmarks and strategic recommendations.
• Improve financial planning systems, analytics, financial governance and transfer-pricing reporting.
• Lead and develop finance planning and performance management personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• At least ten years in FP&A, corporate finance or business planning, including five years in a senior role.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA or comparable professional certification; postgraduate degree is advantageous.
• Experience with ERP/FP&A systems, business intelligence, scenario modelling and strategic communication.
• Industrial, manufacturing, cement or FMCG experience is preferred.
