Direct Sales Agent at an Undisclosed FinTech Company via Future Moves – Lagos

A FinTech business is recruiting 20 full-time Direct Sales Agents in Lagos through Future Moves Recruitment Agency. The work arrangement is hybrid and field-based, with one office day each week and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

The opportunity

• Direct sales, merchant acquisition, customer onboarding and the promotion of POS and digital payment products form the main focus of the role.
• Candidates with experience at payment service businesses such as OPay, PalmPay or Moniepoint are encouraged to apply.

Experience and requirements

• Two to three years of sales experience, ideally in FinTech, payments or a closely related industry.
• Relevant experience in direct selling, merchant acquisition, POS solutions or onboarding customers.

Remuneration

• ₦150,000–₦200,000 monthly plus commission.
