Dispatch Analyst at Workforce Group – Abuja
Workforce Group is hiring two full-time Dispatch Analysts in Abuja to coordinate warehouse dispatch requests, inventory updates and shipment records.
Responsibilities
- Review, validate and process dispatch and order requests.
- Resolve dispatch exceptions, and follow up with user departments and warehouse teams.
- Keep the request database accurate through regular clean-ups.
- Carry out entity transfer journals and item master data updates.
- Prepare and process shipments in warehouse and enterprise systems.
- Support cycle counts, inventory audits and annual stock counts.
- Report processed tickets and shipment activity every week.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in any field (supply chain or a related field is an advantage).
- 2+ years’ experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
- A professional supply chain certification is an advantage.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork and analytical skills.
