A real estate employer is recruiting a full-time Sales / Relationship Manager in Wuye, Abuja through Woodgate Structure Limited to attract buyers, manage property investors and develop commercial partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business lines, high-net-worth clients, investors, and property buyers through market research, cold outreach, and networking.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective buyers, real estate investors, and strategic partners.
• Sales & Proposal Execution: Prepare compelling sales proposals, property pitch decks, and commercial terms; negotiate contracts to close property deals.
• Market Intelligence: Analyze local and regional real estate trends, competitor pricing, and demand shifts to inform management strategies.
• Partnership Development: Secure and manage B2B alliances (e.g., mortgage providers, brokers, or corporate tenants) to expand sales channels.
• CRM & Reporting: Track lead conversion rates, manage customer data in CRM software, and submit regular pipeline and revenue reports.
