Executive Assistant — Accounting & Data Analytics at an Undisclosed Cosmetics & Beauty Company via Talent Spur Advisory – Lekki
An undisclosed cosmetics and beauty business is recruiting an Executive Assistant — Accounting & Data Analytics in Lekki, Lagos, through Talent Spur Advisory Limited. The position combines executive support, accurate financial records and business reporting.
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, correspondence, agendas, minutes and follow-up trackers.
- Coordinate departmental deliverables and report progress on agreed actions.
- Assist with expense tracking, accounting records and management reports.
- Collect, clean, validate and analyse business data, identifying missing or inconsistent information.
- Produce spreadsheets, dashboards and concise analysis of trends, variances and management priorities.
- Maintain confidential documentation and support research and other projects.
Requirements
- Accounting background and practical experience analysing business data.
- Advanced Excel ability, including formulas, PivotTables, lookups and charts.
- Accurate financial recordkeeping, interpretation and reporting skills.
- Strong organisation, discretion, communication, prioritisation and follow-through.
- Relevant experience in executive support, finance, reporting or business support.
- Accounting software and Power BI experience are advantages.
- Applicants ideally live in Victoria Island, Lekki or Ikoyi.
Salary and benefits
₦250,000 per month plus a KPI-linked performance bonus tied to financial, reporting and delivery objectives.
