Experienced Cook at Captain Residency Hotel – Sabo Yaba, Lagos
Captain Residency Hotel seeks a reliable, experienced Cook for its full-time kitchen team in Sabo Yaba, Lagos. The role covers food preparation, quality, hygiene and efficient kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes in line with the hotel’s menu, recipes and presentation standards.
- Help plan daily menus and specials, and maintain consistent portions and plating.
- Maintain safe, clean and organised workspaces and follow food-handling and storage requirements.
- Monitor ingredients, alert the supervisor to replenishment needs and help minimise waste.
- Coordinate with kitchen colleagues and assist with event catering and room service when required.
- Carry out other kitchen tasks assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.
Remuneration
The monthly salary ranges from ₦100,000 to ₦120,000.
