Field & Digital Marketer at Jaridi Limited – Abuja (Hybrid)

Jaridi Limited is recruiting a Field & Digital Marketer for a hybrid contract role in Abuja. The position combines direct institutional sales and partnerships with targeted digital marketing to expand client acquisition and revenue in Abuja and nearby areas.

Institutional sales and field marketing (60%)

• Identify, research and approach public and private institutions across Abuja to introduce Jaridi’s services.
• Arrange and deliver face-to-face pitches, presentations, meetings and follow-up discussions with decision-makers.
• Negotiate service terms, close institutional contracts and develop long-term business relationships.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor insights and customer feedback to improve sales proposals.

Digital marketing and lead generation (40%)

• Plan and execute institutional lead-generation campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, Google and through direct email outreach.
• Create marketing collateral, brochures, social media assets and presentation decks for sales activities.
• Manage prospects and follow-ups in CRM or sales tracking systems, improving pipeline conversion.
• Measure campaign return, cost per lead and lead-to-client conversion, adjusting campaigns based on results.

Targets and reporting

• Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and institutional acquisition targets.
• Track outreach, visits, meetings, contract opportunities and pipeline value.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance updates to the Chief Operating Officer, highlighting results, constraints and opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• Two to four years of B2B sales, corporate marketing or institutional client acquisition experience in Abuja.
• Strong knowledge of the Abuja corporate and institutional market and ability to travel independently for visits.
• Hands-on experience with digital lead generation, LinkedIn and Meta advertising, email outreach and campaign analytics.
• Excellent communication, presentations, negotiation, organisation and sales-closing ability.
• Self-motivation, resilience and a target-driven approach.
