Field Supervisor (Contract) at Smollan – Lagos, Ibadan or Benin City
Smollan is recruiting a contract Field Supervisor based in Lagos, Ibadan (Oyo State) or Benin City (Edo State). The role supports retail field operations, team performance, customer service and trade execution.
Responsibilities
- Manage field administration and assets required for retail operations.
- Support customer service and satisfaction standards.
- Supervise people and maintain effective team performance.
- Coordinate sales execution, point-of-purchase activity and promotions.
- Monitor product display and shelf-health standards.
Requirements
- At least an HND qualification.
- One to two years’ experience supervising modern trade activities in supermarkets, hypermarkets, department stores or other large-format retailers.
- Applicants must reside in Lagos, Ibadan or Benin City.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strong customer service, time management, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
