Field Sales Supervisor at AAVA Brands Limited – Lagos
AAVA Brands Limited is recruiting a Field Sales Supervisor in Lagos to strengthen secondary distribution and open-market retail coverage.
Responsibilities
- Deliver secondary distribution targets through effective coverage of assigned semi-wholesalers.
- Visit at least seven semi-wholesalers daily during a six-day market week and achieve at least five productive calls per day.
- Monitor competitor activity and pricing, reporting findings to the Area Sales Manager.
- Ensure compliance with distribution value-chain requirements and trade schemes.
- Report daily sales and collections and reconcile stock and debtors weekly with relevant supervisors and distribution partners.
