Founding Growth Partner at an Undisclosed Company – Remote – Nigeria
An undisclosed advertising, technology, real-estate and media company is seeking independent Founding Growth Partners based anywhere in Nigeria to introduce businesses to the Lavoo AI platform and earn commission on successful subscriptions.
Responsibilities
- Identify founders, business owners and creators who may benefit from Lavoo.
- Develop short social-media videos, posts and demonstrations that explain the platform.
- Approach potential customers through digital communities, direct outreach and in-person conversations.
- Explain subscription options, assist with sign-up and convert interested prospects to paying customers.
- Follow up on leads and track subscription results independently.
Profile
- Confidence in sales conversations, persuasive communication and practical content creation.
- Comfort using AI tools and explaining their value to business owners.
- Self-management, initiative and results focus; experience in sales, marketing or affiliate promotion is useful but not required.
Independent contract terms
- This is a commission-only independent partnership, not a salaried position.
- Partners earn 50% of qualifying Pro or Premium subscription payments from customers they introduce, with no stated commission cap.
- Commissions are paid monthly after customer payments have cleared.
- Work anywhere in Nigeria on a flexible schedule; product training, marketing materials and a tracking link are provided.
