Senior Account Manager at inq. Digital Nigeria Limited – Lagos
inq. Digital Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Senior Account Manager in Lagos to expand enterprise accounts, increase digital-solutions sales and protect customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts as the primary client contact, win new enterprise customers and expand wallet share.
- Develop strategic account plans and growth proposals for managed and prospective accounts.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, a sales pipeline covering at least four times target and reliable monthly and quarterly forecasts.
- Analyse customer needs and competitor positioning, negotiate viable deals and drive upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain account profitability, relationship contact plans, contractual compliance and project-delivery commitments.
- Work with customer success, finance and technical teams to resolve problems and maintain good billing and service experiences.
Requirements
- At least three years’ account management or solutions-sales experience in telecommunications or networking technologies.
- Strong knowledge of mobile and fixed enterprise markets, sales processes and competitive positioning.
- Customer relationship management, negotiations, opportunity and territory planning skills.
- Analytical ability, strong communication, Microsoft and Google applications, and CRM proficiency.
