We are delighted to be recruiting for a brilliant opportunity for a General Manager / Sales Manager at a brand new Luxury Serviced Apartments bar / restaurant.
This is a unique opportunity to build a great brand in a fabulous Cosy Ikeja location.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-

To manage the day-to-day operations
Develop and manage new business opportunities, converting new clients for the business.
To ensure all areas of establishment continually delight and exceed customer demands
Managing and developing the team to provide the best possible customer experience
A strong background within Ikeja market and have excellent industry connections
Manage budgets and optimise revenue and profit at every opportunity
To seek out, develop and retain custom for the venue, and wider business
To maintain appropriate staffing levels, recruiting for the best talent
To manage ordering and stock control
To maintain cash handling procedures including general security
To develop your own and the team’s product knowledge by active involvement in training and knowledge sharing

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-

Candidates should possess an OND qualification with a minimum of 3 years work experience.
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
A strong knowledge of the Ikeja market is a must for this role!
tenacious sales professional in order to grow the business, a real self-starter, confident in driving new sales and revenue opportunities whilst nurturing long term client relationships
Naturally you will possess a positive attitude and excellent communication skills, be extremely well presented and passionate about delivering the very highest standards of customer service.
Strong hospitality management experience
Proven leadership skills to inspire and motivate staff
Strong organisational skills
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, suppliers and customers.

Package

In addition to a generous basic salary of up to N250,000 per month + Commission + great company benefits.
