General Volunteer at Horuframe Creative Industries Limited – Ojo, Lagos
Horuframe Creative Industries Limited is inviting volunteers in Ojo, Lagos, to support defined LAVIDA Fiesta 1.0 project assignments. Students, recent graduates, early-career professionals and others seeking practical experience may apply. Reliability, communication, willingness to learn and responsible conduct are important.
Research and prospect support
- Research potential sponsors, partners and relevant organisations.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and identify collaboration opportunities.
- Record appropriate contact routes, update databases and flag unverified information.
Sponsorship outreach support
- Help prepare approved correspondence and follow-up schedules.
- Keep outreach and meeting records.
- Prepare sponsor information for the resource mobilisation lead and escalate matters for management attention.
Social media and community engagement
- Support approved promotional and community outreach activity.
- Identify entertainment, lifestyle and event communities.
- Record feedback and channel enquiries to authorised contacts.
Content and creative support
- Assist with captions, creative research, draft content and digital asset organisation.
- Support authorised photography and video activities.
- Prepare references for assigned creative briefs.
Administration and data support
- Maintain trackers, contact lists and registers.
- Organise digital files and check records for omissions, duplicates and errors.
- Assist with meeting notes and reports.
Audience and ticketing support
- Help prepare ticketing information and frequently asked questions.
- Direct enquiries to approved ticketing services.
- Assist with audience research and permitted ticketing tasks.
Programme and guest support
- Maintain participant registers and programme records.
- Support audience engagement planning.
- Help prepare guest information and logistics records.
General project support
- Complete assigned research, administration and coordination work.
- Support planning meetings and keep task records.
- Report progress to the assigned supervisor.
Commitment and requirements
- Commitment averages approximately one to two hours per day.
- Submit a short weekly progress report covering completed outputs, evidence, outstanding assignments and support needed.
- A secondary school certificate or equivalent is the minimum academic expectation.
- Relevant further education, practical experience, digital skills or a portfolio are advantages for assignments needing them.
- Deliverables may include research lists, trackers, content drafts, outreach records, administration documents and guest registers.
