Communications & Digital Content Support Officer (Volunteer) at Horuframe Creative Industries Limited – Ojo

Horuframe Creative Industries Limited is recruiting a volunteer Communications and Digital Content Support Officer in Ojo, Lagos, to support approved communications and content for LAVIDA Fiesta 1.0.

Responsibilities

• Draft event announcements, promotional captions, campaign copy, communication materials, video scripts and creative briefs.
• Maintain a structured library of approved digital content and creative assets.
• Document authorised planning activities and event milestones for communication purposes.
• Answer public enquiries using approved event information.
• Check content for accuracy, consistent messaging, tone and brand alignment.
• Coordinate approvals with the marketing lead and management before material is used.
• Protect confidentiality, observe copyright and consent requirements, and follow brand guidance.

Expected deliverables

• Complete a digital-content and asset inventory within the first 72 hours.
• Prepare an approved messaging guide by the end of Week 1.
• Target three to five useful content drafts or digital assets per week.
• Update the asset library and issue a communications activity report each week.
• Provide a midpoint content review by the end of Week 4 and a final communications handover by the end of Week 8.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mass Communication, English, Journalism, Public Relations, Creative Writing, Media Studies, Digital Media or a related discipline. OND holders with strong creative portfolios may be considered.
• Preferably one to two years’ experience in copywriting, digital communications, social media, media production, public relations or creative support.
• Ability to demonstrate writing, design, published work or other relevant samples.
• Strong editing, storytelling, content-planning and digital asset organisation skills. Familiarity with digital content tools is desirable.
