Sponsorship, Partnership & Resource Mobilization Officer at Horuframe Creative Industries Limited – Ojo

Horuframe Creative Industries Limited is recruiting a volunteer Sponsorship, Partnership and Resource Mobilization Officer in Ojo, Lagos, to secure prospective support for LAVIDA Fiesta 1.0 through disciplined research, authorised outreach and careful tracking.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospective cash sponsors, corporate partners and in-kind contributors and assess their suitability.
• Build and prioritise a database of potential partners, including the relevant decision-makers and contact information.
• Coordinate approved sponsorship proposals, authorised outreach, follow-up communications, meetings and prospect briefs.
• Document responses, objections, negotiations and agreed next steps.
• Separate prospective pledges from confirmed commitments and funds actually received in all reports.
• Assist the CEO in sponsor and partner meetings and maintain a reliable resource mobilisation pipeline.

Expected deliverables

• Identify at least 30 relevant prospective sponsors or partners within the first 72 hours.
• Prepare a prioritised outreach plan by the end of Week 1 and a pipeline report by the end of Week 2.
• Target 10 tailored first-contact approaches and 10 follow-ups per week, adjusted for negotiation status, quality and available capacity.
• Research at least 10 additional qualified prospects weekly where suitable prospects are available.
• Update the prospect and follow-up tracker weekly and produce progress reports in Weeks 4 and 8.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, Communications, Sales, Economics, Management or a related discipline. OND holders with strong relevant experience may be considered.
• Preferably one to three years’ experience in sales, fundraising, business development, sponsorships, partnerships or client relations.
• Strong written communication, proposal preparation, research, relationship management and professional follow-up.

Authority and financial controls

Volunteers must not independently change sponsorship rates, promise sponsor benefits, receive sponsorship funds into personal accounts, sign agreements or commit Horuframe to expenditure.
