Admin & Operations Manager via Top Talents Consulting – Lagos

A premium service business is recruiting an Admin & Operations Manager in Lagos through Top Talents Consulting. The role provides hands-on administration, operational oversight and coordination in a fast-paced service environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily administrative and operational work across teams.
• Organise schedules, facilities, vendors and service delivery activities.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and administrative systems.
• Monitor compliance with service standards and operating procedures.
• Coordinate between departments and follow through on tasks and issues.
• Identify operational weaknesses and implement practical improvements.
• Supervise administrative and support personnel and liaise with service providers.
• Maintain organised records, documentation and reporting.
• Support management planning and execution of priorities.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in administration, operations, office management or a related field.
• Experience setting up processes and documenting effective SOPs.
• Strong coordination, leadership, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on approach, resourcefulness and comfort in a fast-moving workplace.
• Effective communication, professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
• A background in aviation, hospitality, luxury services or another premium-service environment is an advantage.

Salary

₦400,000 per month.
