Grant & Partnership Manager at OED Foundation – Lagos

OED Foundation is hiring a full-time Grant & Partnership Manager in Lagos to build funding partnerships and support its social-impact programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the foundation’s partnership strategy for NGOs, companies, donors and public or private institutions.
• Identify and pursue partnership and fundraising opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Develop funding proposals, partnership presentations, investment cases and annual fundraising plans.
• Build partner relationships, coordinate joint initiatives and act as a key contact for partner expectations and deliverables.
• Coordinate proposals and partnership performance reporting across internal teams.
• Maintain CRM records, templates, stewardship materials and a partnership pipeline dashboard.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Business, Communications or a related discipline; a master’s degree is an advantage.
• At least five years of experience in partnerships, fundraising, business development or donor relations.
• Proven success securing and managing corporate, government, nonprofit and international funding partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, grant-writing, proposal development and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Knowledge of the African development funding landscape and proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
