Head of Operations & Business Execution at Excel and Grace Consulting – Abuja

Excel and Grace Consulting is recruiting a full-time Head of Operations & Business Execution in Abuja to coordinate fintech, finance and field operations. Reporting to the Managing Director/CEO, the role converts strategic priorities into well-controlled daily delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities across digital financial services, trade and asset financing, operational support and field teams.
• Introduce workable procedures, service standards, reporting frameworks and clear accountabilities.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, documentation, transactions, collections and operational reconciliation processes.
• Manage supervisors and field personnel, assess workload and address performance issues.
• Track operational metrics, delays, service issues and financial or execution risks, implementing practical improvements.
• Coordinate business units, management and external stakeholders to ensure dependable client service.
• Report performance, operational bottlenecks and corrective action to management and support scalable growth initiatives.

Requirements

• HND or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Logistics or related discipline.
• Approximately five to eight years’ operational experience, including two to three years in supervision or management.
• Practical ability in process improvement, team coordination, field operations, customer onboarding or collections monitoring.
• Exposure to fintech, lending, banking, logistics or asset financing is an advantage.
• Strong planning, reporting, communication, analytical skills and command of office tools.
