Head of Sales at an Undisclosed Luxury Brand via Fadac Resources – Victoria Island
An undisclosed luxury brand is recruiting a full-time Head of Sales in Victoria Island, Lagos, through Fadac Resources and Services Limited. The role leads sales growth, develops relationships with premium customers and guides the sales team towards commercial targets.
Sales leadership and account growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue and expand the brand’s customer base.
- Lead, coach and assess the sales team, setting clear targets and monitoring performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth customers, corporate clients and strategic partners.
- Identify new markets and sales opportunities while strengthening repeat purchases and customer loyalty.
- Oversee high-value sales negotiations and support the successful closure of important accounts.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations colleagues on customer experience, sales campaigns and commercial priorities.
- Review sales reports, forecasts and market developments to support management decisions.
Experience and competencies
- Ten to fifteen years’ relevant sales experience, including a strong record in sales leadership.
- Experience with luxury retail, premium fashion, lifestyle, real estate or other high-value customer markets.
- Ability to manage teams, achieve commercial objectives and engage senior clients.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, negotiation, planning and reporting skills.
