Sales Officer at AK Entertainment – Jabi, Abuja

AK Entertainment is recruiting a full-time Sales Officer in Jabi, Abuja. The position focuses on winning new customers, strengthening existing relationships and generating revenue through effective promotion of the company’s gaming products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Find sales prospects through referrals, networking, direct marketing and other approved channels, and turn qualified leads into active customers.
• Promote the company’s offerings, identify suitable customer segments and support campaigns that expand market reach.
• Develop approaches to attracting and retaining customers while meeting daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Monitor customer acquisition, conversions, engagement and retention, and recommend improvements to sales performance.
• Keep accurate records of customer contacts, leads and sales activity; prepare regular reports for the supervisor.
• Follow company procedures, maintain confidentiality and undertake other assigned sales duties.

Qualifications and skills

• OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Previous sales, marketing or customer acquisition experience is an advantage.
• Effective written and spoken communication, negotiation, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and confidence using digital communication channels.
• Ability to work towards measurable targets, manage time and solve problems with limited supervision while collaborating with colleagues.
• Self-motivation, sound judgement, professionalism, integrity and accountability.

Performance measures

Performance will be measured through sales target achievement, customer acquisition and retention, conversion rates, reporting quality and contribution to revenue growth.
