Sales Executive at Doshpal – Yaba, Lagos (Hybrid)
Doshpal is recruiting a full-time Sales Executive for a hybrid position in Yaba, Lagos. The successful candidate will promote payday loan products, convert qualified leads and support a transparent customer application process.
Key duties
- Find prospective borrowers and explain financing products clearly and accurately.
- Qualify sales leads and help customers complete applications.
- Follow up on prospective customers and work towards sales targets.
- Keep sales records accurate and provide weekly performance updates.
- Coordinate with risk and customer support teams to maintain a reliable customer journey.
Requirements
- At least two years’ relevant sales experience and a good understanding of payday loans.
- Evidence of achieving sales targets and managing client follow-up.
- Strong written and verbal English, integrity and good attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, spreadsheets and sales trackers.
- A smartphone and reliable internet access for home-working days.
- Lending experience and Lagos market knowledge are advantageous.
Salary and benefits
- ₦250,000 a month plus a healthcare allowance.
