HR Officer at WEAFRI Well Services Company Limited – Delta and Rivers

WEAFRI Well Services Company Limited is recruiting a full-time HR Officer for its operations in Delta and Rivers states.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management and policy compliance.
• Respond to staff concerns, grievances and disciplinary matters; advise on company policies and support constructive conflict resolution.
• Coordinate employee goals, mid-year and annual appraisals, performance improvement plans and welfare follow-up.
• Produce HR dashboards on staffing, attrition, absence, recruitment, leave and compliance to inform management decisions.
• Support workforce planning, succession, budgeting, organisational design and the development of HR policies, handbooks and procedures.

Requirements

• BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• At least seven years in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and discretion with sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with HR information systems.
• An MBA is an advantage.
