Head, Real Estate Investment Advisory at Earl Consulting Lagos – Lekki / Victoria Island
Earl Consulting Lagos is recruiting a Head of Real Estate Investment Advisory in Victoria Island or Lekki, Lagos. The executive role is responsible for major real estate transactions, investor relationships and advisory-team performance.
Responsibilities
- Develop an investment sales strategy targeting ₦12 billion in annual real estate transactions.
- Build relationships with wealthy individual investors, family offices, corporate investors and private equity organisations.
- Structure off-plan investments, joint ventures, fractional ownership arrangements and other property portfolios.
- Lead negotiations on high-value land, commercial and residential deals.
- Prepare valuation, return, cash-flow and exit-strategy advice for investors.
- Monitor Lagos real estate markets and deliver investor briefings and strategic networking events.
- Supervise senior advisers and portfolio staff, managing pipelines, quotas and sales forecasts through CRM tools.
- Work with legal, marketing and project-execution teams on investment offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Wealth Management, Business Administration or a related discipline; MBA, CFA or relevant master’s qualification preferred.
- Eight or more years of progressive experience in real estate sales leadership, private banking, investment banking or wealth management.
- Proven record closing major investment transactions and an established investor network.
- Strong valuation, modelling, deal-structuring, negotiation and relationship-management expertise.
- Detailed familiarity with key Lagos property investment corridors.
