Sales & Marketing Manager (Building Materials) via Ascentech Services Limited – Lagos

An undisclosed employer is recruiting a Sales & Marketing Manager (Building Materials) in Lagos through Ascentech Services Limited. The role will lead commercial growth in roofing sheets and building materials.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver sales and marketing plans to increase revenue, expand markets and improve brand awareness.
• Work towards an annual volume target of 22,613 bundles.
• Manage, coach and motivate the sales team against agreed commercial targets.
• Develop relationships with distributors, construction businesses, key customers and other trade partners.
• Explore new customer segments, recommend prices and negotiate business agreements.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, including digital activity, and analyse market changes and competitors.
• Evaluate sales performance, partnerships and campaign outcomes and submit regular management reports.

Qualifications and requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• An MBA, postgraduate qualification or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
• Six to eight years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in construction or building materials.
• Proven team leadership, market development and revenue delivery.
• Understanding of roofing sheets and building-material sales and pricing.
• Familiarity with CRM, digital marketing and sales reporting or analytics tools.
