Health Care Assistant at Medcourt Pharmaceuticals Limited – Ikotun, Lagos
Medcourt Pharmaceuticals Limited is recruiting a Health Care Assistant in Ikotun, Lagos, to support licensed pharmacists, assist patients and keep daily pharmacy operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Assist with dispensing prescription and over-the-counter medicines under a pharmacist’s supervision and explain their proper use to patients.
- Process customer purchases, operate the cash register and maintain accurate patient and prescription records.
- Receive stock, check expiry dates, arrange product displays and place orders as required.
- Answer telephone enquiries, enter prescription orders and carry out routine administrative duties.
- Maintain a clean, organised pharmacy environment.
- Participate in team meetings, training and community outreach, and contribute ideas to improve customer service.
Requirements
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and responsible pharmacy practice.
- Strong customer-service and sales skills, with an ethical, proactive approach.
- Good analytical ability and attention to detail.
- Clear communication, teamwork, organisation and interpersonal skills.
