HR Business Partner (HRBP) at an Undisclosed Company via Addoz Integrated Resources – Ota

A flexible-packaging manufacturer in Ota Industrial Estate is recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner to align employee management with factory and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Advise management on workforce planning, organisational needs, HR policies and people priorities.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee development, appraisal processes and staff records.
• Manage attendance, leave, welfare, employee relations, discipline and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate payroll and statutory requirements including pension, NSITF, ITF and PAYE.
• Monitor retention, engagement and workplace culture while providing practical HR guidance.
• Prepare management reports and ensure compliance with labour laws and company procedures.

Requirements

• HND or bachelor’s degree in HR, industrial relations, business administration or a related field.
• At least seven years of relevant HR experience; manufacturing experience is advantageous.
• Practical command of HR operations, payroll, statutory deductions and employee relations.
• Proficiency with HR systems, Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong judgement, confidentiality, people skills and ability to work under pressure.
