HR Manager at an Undisclosed Climate-Technology Company via TeamAce – Maryland
A climate-technology business is recruiting a full-time HR Manager in Maryland, Lagos, through TeamAce Limited to coordinate its people operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage candidate sourcing, selection, interviews, hiring and employee onboarding.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and oversee HR records and administrative processes.
- Support staff relations, learning, performance reviews and employee engagement.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and relevant employment regulations.
- Prepare personnel reports and contribute to workforce planning and HR improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a relevant discipline.
- Two to five years’ professional experience in generalist HR or other HR functions.
- Sound knowledge of HR procedures, employment practices and labour requirements.
- Working proficiency with modern HR software platforms.
- CIPM certification is an advantage.
Salary
₦300,000–₦500,000 net per month.
