HR Officer (7 Openings) at Myrtle Management Consultants – Ogun State

Myrtle Management Consultants Limited is recruiting seven HR Officers for assignments in Abeokuta, Ota, Ilaro, Shagamu, Ijebu Ode, Mowe and Ibafo, Ogun State. The roles provide human resources support across recruitment, employee administration, welfare, performance and regulatory compliance in an oil and gas environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, selection, onboarding and mobilisation of employees.
• Manage personnel records, HR databases, attendance, leave, deployment and rotational schedules.
• Support workforce planning, payroll inputs, benefits administration and employee welfare.
• Respond to employee issues and assist with disciplinary, grievance, exit and separation procedures.
• Coordinate performance appraisal, training and professional development.
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour and oil and gas requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and statistics, support audits and maintain relationships with workers, managers and contractors.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Five to seven years’ relevant human resources experience in the oil and gas sector.
• Knowledge of Nigerian employment regulations, HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, workforce planning and HR information systems.
• Professional CIPM, SHRM or HRCI certification is an advantage.
• Experience with offshore, project or rotational workforces is desirable.
• Strong payroll support, reporting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
