Komaro Group is recruiting two full-time In-House Content Creators and Customer Relations Officers in Warri, Delta State, combining visual content production with customer support.
Responsibilities
- Produce photo and video content for social platforms and marketing activities.
- Handle customer questions, feedback and guest relations professionally.
- Support brand storytelling and deliver creative content suited to the company’s audiences.
- Coordinate online content and maintain effective customer communication.
Requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree.
- One to two years’ experience in content creation, customer relations or a similar role.
- Practical photography, video and social-media content skills.
- Strong communication, creativity, attention to detail and customer-service skills.
- Knowledge of social-media platforms and scheduling tools is an advantage.
