E-Commerce Agent (2 Openings) at Genesis Group – Aba and Warri
Genesis Group is recruiting two full-time E-Commerce Agents for positions in Aba, Abia State, and Warri, Delta State. The role supports online sales, customer enquiries, order processing and reliable digital shopping experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain online product listings and monitor e-commerce sales channels.
- Respond to customer enquiries by WhatsApp, social media and other digital platforms.
- Explain products and pricing, assist with orders and track order fulfilment.
- Follow up with buyers to support customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Promote products and services online and maintain accurate sales, customer and order records.
- Support the group’s wider digital sales and online marketing activities.
Qualifications and requirements
- Good customer communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Practical knowledge of computers, smartphones and social media.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and work independently or in a team.
- Willingness to learn; previous sales, customer service or e-commerce experience is advantageous but not compulsory.
