Information Systems Auditor at Vitafoam Plc – Ikeja, Lagos State

Vitafoam Plc is recruiting a full-time Information Systems Auditor in Ikeja, Lagos. Reporting to the Head of Internal Audit within Audit Service, the position reviews IT risks, security, data integrity and technology-related internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Audit the organisation’s information systems, IT infrastructure and business applications.
• Test IT general controls, application controls, system configurations and user access privileges.
• Review cybersecurity policies, endpoint security, firewalls and network access.
• Assess ERP and business-application controls across procurement, inventory, sales, finance and production.
• Evaluate database security, data integrity, backups, recovery and retention procedures.
• Review servers, network infrastructure, IT governance and disaster-recovery measures.
• Assess IT risk, data-protection and cybersecurity compliance.
• Present audit findings, risks and recommendations to management and relevant departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Accounting or a related field.
• Practical understanding of ITGCs, application controls, ERP systems, IT risk assessment, business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, particularly COBIT and ISO 27001.
• Postgraduate study in Information Systems, Cybersecurity, IT Audit or Risk Management is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or a large corporate setting is an advantage.
• CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor or COBIT Foundation certification is a competitive advantage.
