Requirements
- A university degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related engineering discipline, with NYSC completed.
- Zero to one year of work experience; a technical mindset, flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Readiness to rotate through factory departments, understand production processes and supervise employees after training.
- Confident communication, professional presentation and willingness to live and work in Aba.
- Basic computer skills are helpful but are not compulsory; applicants of any gender may apply.
