Inventory Manager at Ginos Ventures Limited – Abuja

Ginos Ventures Limited is recruiting an Inventory Manager in Abuja to oversee stock control, record accuracy, product availability and inventory risk across its medical products distribution operations. The successful candidate will work closely with Procurement, Sales, Logistics and Warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage stock receipts, storage, issues, documentation and daily reconciliations.
• Monitor stock levels to reduce shortages, excess inventory and losses.
• Forecast requirements with procurement colleagues and coordinate product movements across departments.
• Enforce inventory controls, conduct physical counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Supervise stock organisation, warehousing practices and the safe handling of medical supplies.
• Identify damaged, expired and slow-moving goods and take appropriate stock-control action.
• Analyse inventory data and prepare stock movement reports, cost-saving proposals and forecasts.
• Maintain accurate records, meet company safety standards and support internal and external audits.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• At least five years of inventory management experience, including three years in a managerial or supervisory position.
• Working knowledge of warehousing, inventory controls, forecasting and stock documentation.
• Proficiency in ERP or inventory systems and strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Sound analytical judgement, problem-solving ability, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Effective communication, teamwork and ability to meet competing deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare distribution or medical supply chains is an advantage.
