IT Operations Officer at SANY Nigeria – Lagos

SANY Nigeria is recruiting a full-time IT Operations Officer in Lagos to maintain reliable office technology and support daily business operations. The role combines technical support, vendor coordination and employee IT onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor office networking and internet service, coordinate with ISPs and troubleshoot routers, switches and wireless access.
• Maintain CCTV cameras and recording systems, check coverage and retention, and arrange specialist repairs.
• Ensure conference-room displays, audio, projectors and video meetings are ready for use.
• Support printers, scanners and other office technology, including vendor servicing and supplies.
• Prepare laptops, accounts and workstation access for incoming staff in collaboration with HR.
• Maintain IT asset records through onboarding, transfers and offboarding.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in IT operations, technical support or systems administration.
• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, CCTV/NVR and conference-room technology.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Active Directory user accounts.
• Strong vendor management, communication, troubleshooting and cross-functional teamwork.
