Data Entry Officer at Moniepoint Incorporated – Oredo, Edo (Hybrid)

Moniepoint Incorporated is hiring a Data Entry Officer for its Moniebook operations in Oredo, Edo State, on a hybrid work arrangement. The position supports accurate merchant onboarding through reliable customer, product, price and inventory information and reports to the Lead, Onboarding.

Data management and onboarding

• Enter and maintain customer profiles, product catalogues, SKUs, inventory levels and pricing records.
• Prepare and validate spreadsheet and CSV data for bulk imports, checking completeness and formatting.
• Populate merchant accounts ahead of onboarding and follow up on missing or incorrect information.
• Support catalogue, tax and payment configurations under the Onboarding team’s guidance.

Quality assurance and coordination

• Identify and correct duplicate, outdated or inaccurate records and reconcile information across the CRM, spreadsheets and POS systems.
• Log imports and corrections, document common errors and escalate anomalies.
• Respond to data requests from onboarding, account management and support teams within agreed service levels.
• Help reduce data-related go-live delays and improve workflows. Performance measures include accuracy of at least 99%, low outstanding task backlog and timely delivery.

Requirements

• One to three years of data-entry or data-operations experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, retail or financial services.
• Completed NYSC or a valid exemption or exclusion certificate.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including data cleaning, formulas and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or POS/back-office tools, accuracy under pressure and sound organisational skills.
• Applicants must be based in Oredo, Edo State.
