IT Support Officer (AI & Graphic Design) at Bravies Homz Limited – Abuja

Bravies Homz Limited is seeking a full-time IT Support Officer (AI & Graphic Design) in Abuja. This digital operations role combines employee IT support, practical use of artificial intelligence tools and the design of corporate marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, email and internet issues and support office technology users.
• Install and maintain computers, printers, scanners, software and digital workplace tools; record assets and incidents.
• Assist with backups, digital file management, information security and escalation of complex problems.
• Use suitable AI tools to support drafting, summarisation, ideas, content production and workflow improvements while checking accuracy and protecting confidential information.
• Help colleagues use AI-powered productivity tools responsibly.
• Design flyers, brochures, posters, presentations, social graphics, promotional materials and company profiles.
• Maintain approved brand identity across designs and prepare files for print or digital use; edit images or videos when required.
• Support website updates, meetings, digital administration and reporting on IT issues and design tasks.
• Deliver timely support and creative output while monitoring system availability, brand consistency, data protection and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, HND or relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Graphic Design or a related field; practical experience may also be considered.
• Four to eight years’ relevant experience in IT support, graphic design or digital operations.
• Demonstrable use of AI tools for workplace tasks and practical skills in Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
• Sound troubleshooting ability across computers, networking and applications; video-editing experience is an advantage.
• Creativity, confidentiality, clear communication, accuracy and the ability to prioritise simultaneous assignments.
• Relevant IT, design or AI certifications and a graphic-design portfolio are advantages.
