Retail Store Sales Representative at Fadac Resources and Services Limited – Lagos
Fadac Resources and Services is recruiting a full-time Retail Store Sales Representative in Lagos. The position involves customer assistance, sales transactions and keeping the store ready for shoppers.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Handle sales using the point-of-sale system and respond professionally to enquiries, complaints and returns.
- Maintain product knowledge, organise displays, replenish shelves and keep the sales floor tidy.
- Support inventory counts and store opening and closing procedures.
- Work with colleagues to deliver sales targets and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or customer service.
- Good communication, interpersonal and basic numerical skills.
- Confidence using a POS system and readiness for flexible shifts, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Reliability, a customer-service mindset and ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs when required.
