Male Hotel Manager at Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited – Bonny Island, Rivers
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Hotel Manager for Bonny Island, Rivers State, to oversee hotel operations, guest service, employees and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead hotel departments including reception, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, security and accounts.
- Coordinate staff schedules, training, performance, discipline and operational standards.
- Monitor service quality, guest requests and complaints, and follow through on resolutions.
- Control costs, budgets, cash handling and procurement and monitor occupancy and sales.
- Develop sales and marketing activity to strengthen room occupancy, event bookings and revenue.
- Check hotel rooms, facilities, kitchen operations and food-safety standards.
- Oversee safety, security, incident reporting, preventive maintenance and equipment readiness.
- Submit regular operational, financial, staffing, maintenance and guest-service reports to management.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification and at least seven years’ experience.
- Ability to oversee hotel teams, operating budgets, service standards and guest relations.
