Business Development Manager at Lala-Land Park – Port Harcourt

Lala-Land Park is recruiting a Business Development Manager in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, to grow revenue, build partnerships and attract customers to its entertainment, leisure and hospitality offerings. The recruitment is handled by Ellasot Consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop business growth strategies, sales targets and new customer segments for the park.
• Build relationships with companies, schools, hotels, travel agencies and event organisers and develop proposals for group bookings, outings and events.
• Negotiate commercial partnerships, sponsorships and group deals.
• Promote arcade games, cinema, food and beverage services, events and recreational offerings to increase repeat visits and bookings.
• Work with marketing teams on promotions, packages, digital campaigns and community engagement.
• Manage business leads, client records, quotations, feedback and follow-ups.
• Research competitors, pricing and visitor preferences to identify new market opportunities.
• Prepare business development budgets and weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, partnerships and revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management or a related field.
• Three to five years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing or a related role.
• A record of winning customers, building partnerships and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, networking, proposal-writing and reporting skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools.
• Ability to work independently and travel for business meetings when required.
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, tourism, entertainment or event management is an advantage.
• Applicants must live in Port Harcourt.
