A health and wellness clinic in Allen, Ikeja, Lagos, is recruiting a full-time Marketer through JV Management Consulting. The role promotes clinic products and services, builds client relationships and generates new sales.

Responsibilities

• Introduce prospective clients to the clinic’s health and wellness products and services.
• Identify sales prospects, build a pipeline of leads and convert suitable prospects into paying customers.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify commercial opportunities and implement appropriate marketing activities.
• Prepare routine reports covering sales, leads and marketing performance.

Requirements

• Previous sales or marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, wellness or a related sector.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to attract leads, close sales and achieve performance targets.
• Initiative, self-motivation and a results-oriented working style.
• Strong customer relationship and follow-up skills.
