Marketing & Business Development Officer at Iso-Black Concept Limited – Surulere, Lagos

Iso-Black Concept Limited is recruiting a full-time Marketing & Business Development Officer in Surulere, Lagos, to attract business customers, manage leads and market its printing, branding and creative services.

About the Role

• We are looking for a commercially minded Marketing & Business Development Officer to increase brand visibility, attract new customers and generate sales opportunities across its printing, branding, digital and creative services.
• The ideal candidate must be able to communicate the value of the company’s services, build relationships and turn enquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers, corporate clients, organisations and business partners.
• Proactively reach out to prospects and generate qualified sales leads.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and proposals until resolved.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Develop and execute marketing activities that promote Iso-Black services.
• Plan social media content and coordinate promotional campaigns.
• Develop proposals and presentations materials
• Track leads, conversion rates, sales activity and campaign performance
• Organise with production teams to communicate customer requirements accurately.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related discipline.
• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant marketing, sales or business development experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to use social media and basic digital marketing tools.
• A portfolio of campaigns, sales achievements or marketing work is an advantage.

Work Arrangement

• Office-based, with one agreed day off per week.
