Merchandising Team Lead at Activationplus – Yola, Maiduguri, Kaduna and Kano (4 Openings)
Activationplus Marketing is hiring four Merchandising Team Leads in Yola, Maiduguri, Kaduna and Kano for three-month contracts overseeing field retail activations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coach Brand Ambassadors across retail clusters and monitor route-plan compliance.
- Visit outlets for daily checks on product displays, promotional materials, planograms and available stock.
- Validate sales-force-automation reports and out-of-stock alerts, and coordinate replenishment escalations.
- Develop relationships with store managers and distribution partners.
- Review team performance and attendance, and submit weekly supervisory and operational reports.
Requirements
- NCE, HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related discipline.
- Fluency in both English and Hausa is mandatory; other relevant regional languages are valuable.
- One to two years supervising field sales, merchandising or consumer-activation teams in northern Nigeria.
- Team supervision, problem-solving and practical smartphone/dashboard skills.
