Nigerian Chef at Ascentech Services Limited – Ilorin, Kwara
Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting a full-time Nigerian Chef in Ilorin, Kwara State. The successful candidate will prepare quality Nigerian meals and maintain a hygienic and efficient kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Prepare a range of Nigerian dishes to the required standard.
- Plan menus and manage food portions.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Monitor ingredients and supplies, avoiding unnecessary food waste.
- Prepare and serve meals within required service times.
Requirements
- Practical experience working as a Nigerian Chef.
- Sound knowledge of Nigerian dishes, cooking methods and kitchen procedures.
- Strong food hygiene and kitchen-management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently, manage time and maintain consistent meal quality.
