Hyatt Regency Lagos Ikeja is recruiting a full-time Night Manager to support the Front Office Manager in overseeing the hotel front desk’s night operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Front Office Manager with the efficient management of night operations at the Front Desk.
- Support hotel procedures and departmental standards while serving guest, employee and owner expectations.
- Help maintain consistent service quality and effective front-office operations overnight.
Qualifications
- At least two years’ experience as an Assistant Manager – Night, Night Manager, Team Leader – Night or in Guest Relations at a hotel.
- Well-developed communication and customer-relations skills.
