Packaging Process Operator at International Breweries Plc – Sagamu, Ogun
International Breweries Plc is recruiting a Packaging Process Operator in Sagamu, Ogun State. The full-time role operates packaging equipment to maintain production quality, improve throughput and limit waste.
Key responsibilities
- Implement production plans for assigned shifts and operate manual and automatic machines according to standards.
- Monitor line quality, output and abnormal performance trends, taking corrective action.
- Keep accurate production logs, monitoring records and workstation documentation.
- Use PIMS, POMS, QFRs and 5 WHY analyses when responding to performance problems.
- Carry out autonomous operator duties and observe safety requirements.
Requirements
- OND or National Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- IOB mechanical or electrical certificate/diploma also specified.
- Ability to maintain manufacturing quality, safety and packaging process records.
