Pelletizing Operator at an Undisclosed Company via The Impeccable Skills Company – Ogere

A plastics recycling and manufacturing company in Ogere is recruiting a Pelletizing Operator through The Impeccable Skills Company to lead shift operations and maintain safe, consistent output.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on assigned pelletising shifts and maintain attendance and output records.
• Set up, operate and continuously monitor pelletising machinery in the recycling process.
• Enforce safe material feeding, machine use and production-area procedures.
• Reduce production scrap, material loss and unplanned downtime.
• Investigate routine machinery problems, escalate maintenance faults and follow through on repairs.
• Record kilograms of pellets produced per shift and track production targets.

Requirements

• At least two years of hands-on work in a plastics recycling factory.
• Practical understanding of pelletising equipment and independent routine troubleshooting.
• Punctuality, reliable shift attendance, safety awareness and willingness to work rotating shifts.
• Weekday morning shifts run 8 a.m.–6 p.m.; night shifts run 8 p.m.–6 a.m.; Saturday duty rotates at 8 a.m.–6 p.m.

Compensation and benefits

Guaranteed gross base pay is up to ₦150,000 per month, subject to agreed performance targets. A quarterly bonus of up to 100% of one month’s guaranteed gross base salary is available when average quarterly output reaches 90% of the production target, measured in kilograms of pellets per shift.
