Personal Assistant / House Manager at Zashadu Studios Limited – Lagos
Zashadu Studios Limited is recruiting a full-time Personal Assistant / House Manager in Lagos to support a creative founder’s home and personal schedule, including coordination of her son’s education and activities.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate school, lessons, extracurricular activities and transport for the founder’s child.
- Liaise with teachers, tutors and activity organisers about school preparation and commitments.
- Support homework routines, planning and age-appropriate independence.
- Manage personal appointments, errands, household logistics and supplies.
- Organise documents and belongings and coordinate staff, drivers and service providers.
- Keep household expenses, purchase records and outstanding work organised.
Requirements
- Experience working with children is essential; teaching, tutoring, education or child-development experience is strongly preferred.
- Warm, patient communication combined with clear boundaries and sound judgement.
- Excellent planning, written and spoken English, initiative and anticipation of needs.
- Comfort with digital calendars, spreadsheets and task-management tools.
- Reliability, discretion and respect for family privacy.
