Erisco Foods Limited is recruiting a full-time Production Technician (Electrical & Mechanical) in Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos. The role involves operating and maintaining production equipment, supporting efficient manufacturing processes, and helping to meet quality and production targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production equipment.
• Follow production schedules and work to meet required deadlines.
• Monitor production and electrical systems for compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Carry out quality-control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate production records.
• Work with other departments to improve production processes and achieve output targets.

Requirements and Skills

• An associate degree in a technical field is preferred.
• Three to four years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or production environment.
• Ability to operate and maintain production equipment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime as needed.
• Residence within Ikeja or its surrounding areas.
