Property Sales Officer (Female) at Handyman Daige Properties – Abuja

Handyman Daige Properties is recruiting a full-time female Property Sales Officer in Abuja to engage prospective buyers and manage property transactions.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers’ property needs and introduce suitable real estate opportunities.
• Organise property viewings, follow up enquiries and coordinate sales or lease documentation.
• Support negotiations, complete transaction paperwork and confirm payment arrangements.
• Review market conditions and competitor pricing to identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain client relationships, keep CRM records and report sales results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
• At least four years’ proven experience in sales, marketing and customer service.
• Property sales, real estate marketing or business development exposure is preferred.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management, CRM and Microsoft Office skills.
