Quality Control Manager at DO.II Designs Limited – Lagos
DO.II Designs Limited is recruiting a Quality Control Manager in Lagos to lead quality assurance across furniture production, interior design projects and installations.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain quality policies, inspection plans and production standards.
- Inspect materials, manufacturing processes, finished products and site installations.
- Document defects, lead investigations and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Coordinate quality audits and assess supplier and contractor performance.
- Maintain HSE standards and identify workplace hazards.
- Work with production, project, procurement and sales teams to improve workmanship and delivery.
- Prepare performance reports, investigate customer quality concerns and supervise the quality team.
Requirements
- BSc or HND in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, Production Management or a related field.
- At least five years’ relevant quality assurance or quality control experience, preferably in furniture, interiors or construction.
- Experience supervising quality teams, conducting audits and implementing quality systems.
- Strong HSE, root-cause analysis, inspection, compliance and reporting skills.
- Professional certification in quality or HSE is an advantage.
Salary
₦300,000–₦350,000 per month.
